We both live here and Woodman Valley and we have laughed together, cried together, and helped each other in times on need. They are a fun couple to play board games with into the early hours.

Keith and Teri Myers are my brother and sister-in-law. I have known Teri since 1986 when they married and bought a home across the street from my husband and me in Germantown,Maryland.
They have raised two beautiful children grounded in God’s word; whom have become productive members of our society and are raising beautiful families of their own.

Keith and Teri have over their lives owned six homes of which I have personally stayed at. I am a very particular person when it comes to living in clean, organized and tidy spaces and environments. I can attest that I have felt comfortable and at home in all of their past homes.  

Keith has always been a handy man and a tinkerer with the skills to provide the care and maintenance necessary that homes or properties require. He has remodeled and finished off basements and rooms in all of his previous properties. Teri as a care taker herself has been very successful in operating and maintaining a clean and efficiently run household. They both have servant’s hearts with a desire to reach out and care for others. They are extremely honest and dependable people, firmly grounded in their faith.

Keith and Teri have taken care of our home when we travel, but far more importantly taken care of our children and pets. I have repeatedly put all that weI own and care dearly about in their care with not a concern. We have known Keith and Teri for 20-plus years. Mark was a co-worker of Keith’s at both MCI and WorldCom from 1992 through 2002. Kathy and Teri are both in the healthcare business and provide each other professional and spiritual support. We moved from Colorado to Ohio in 2002 but always kept in contact as we have children close in age and activities. 

When we decided to move back to Colorado in 2014, Keith and Teri opened their home to use and allowed us to live with them while Mark searched for employment and Kathy and daughter Rachel made the transition from Ohio to Colorado. It takes incredibly special people to share their home and even their autos with others but that helps make them a great fit for caring for others property and animals because their patience and kindness show through in all they do.

Keith and Teri are very conscientious, dependable, honest and God-loving people who enjoy meeting new people and sharing life together. They recently sold their lovely home, with acreage, in Colorado Springs. Their home was always kept in immaculate condition and they are very conscientious in conserving energy and water.  Keith has experience in dealing with water wells and septic tanks and they both have excellent results in gardening and landscaping.  Keith & Teri are also very loving and nurturing to all animals, especially dogs.

We can call Keith and Teri anytime for assistance, advice, or prayer and they are always willing to assist us with whatever we need. We would highly recommend them for any aspect of caring for your family, home, autos, property and pets.
